Tangshan Donghua Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. It has an annual capacity to produce 5.5 million tons iron, 5.5 million tons of steel and 4.4 million tons of rolled steel. Major equipments of the company: 2x1580m3 blast furnaces or BFs, 1x1080m³ BF, 1x680m³ BF, 1x550m³ BF; 1x220m2 and 1x198m2 circle-cooling belt-type sintering machines; 1x12m2 shaft furnace; 2x120T convertors, 1x150T convertor, 1xLF; 2 sets of six-strand billet continuous casting machine, 1 set of ten-strand continuous casting machine; 1x3800m³/h oxygen plant; 1x100,000m3 BF gas holder; 1x50,000m3 and 1x80,000 m3 convertor gas holders; 2x30MW high temperature high pressure gas power generator set, 1x35MW gas power generator set, 1x80MW high temperature super high pressure gas power generator set; 1x110KV and 1x35KV transformer substations, 3x continuous casting and rolling bar production lines.

The company is qualified to produce Φ5.5-50mm full-series rebar. It is capable of producing full series of high strength anti-seismic rebars such as HRB400, HRB400E, HRB500, HRB500E, HRB600, RRB700 and PSB830 and hot-rolled strip and sheet with dimension range of 0.8-12.5×900-1300mm(thickness×width). Main products of the Company, with the aid of its perfect marketing system and sales service networks, have been sold to more than 20 provinces and cities/regions across the country, and been exported to Europe and America, southeast Asia, India, Hong Kong and Marco, Africa, Latin America and Mideast, having a excellent market reputation.

Donghua Steel has been focusing on technological advantages and production capacity in high strength rebars. It takes the momentum of capacity reduction to speed up transformation and upgrading. Thanks to having built smart enclosed stockyard and set up MES production management & control system to realize intelligent production and data integration, the company won honorary titles such as “the standard implementation pilot enterprise of integrating AI application with industrialization” and “smart steel-making digital workshop”, awarded by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hebei province.
